Important Notes
The time in the oven may differ from 5 minutes minus or plus according to your oven, you can check your cake in the middle of cooking but don't open your oven before at least 25-30 minutes.
It is perfect with afternoon tea. If you like it sweeter you can add 1 cup and half of sugar instead of one cup and 1/4. Use light vegetable oil which hasn't a strong smell as in olive oil.
